i think u were following lattice acquisition closely - so i havent got good access at present to internet- when were earnings accruing to beach -or was it a bit of both through an earn out ??- cos i am sure this morning the two companies contradicted each other -but at time of acquisition there was debate on these threads -and it did appear that beach got the cash flow from a backdated date to the acquisition date- i thought it may have been u that posted all of that
