BPt already got the assets they really wanted out of SXY.
BPT needed oil to average $55 to breakeven on the deal with SXY and oil has probably averaged $65-$70 since then, and is currently $86.
A couple of the horizontal oil wells recently drilled at Growler and Spitfire were ex SXY oil assets
