re: Ann: Quarterly Report for the Period Ende... I still stand by what i said before.....with the tax year ending in 8 wks....they just don't want the tax complications falling into the 2012 tax year

and I think some of their major influential shareholders are probably saying they same thing...sign a deal on July 1 not june 30 or earlier.....

seem to remember way back some big shareholders originally pushing hard for a bigger return of capital and a big div....and they got what they wanted.......

I don't expect any action till after July1 ...till then fund managers etc will be tidying up their portfolios and looking over their tax liabilities ....to ensure they pay as little tax as possible.......

they won't be wanting any last minute surprises at this point in time........so I see them deferring any potential income till july 1 onwards
