I do have serious doubts about the value of CSG tenements. They are being given by the QLD government for free! Santos got one for free. CTP also was granted one for free. Just this week APLNG got one near Chichilla for free as well! Look at the news from Incitec Pivot, they seem to have signed a cheaper source of gas from APLNG with the assistance of QLD government. If QLD government keeps on releasing CSG areas it would be difficult to find gas customers around that area.
