Lets be honest for a moment. 15k Ounces Per/Q? From where - Underground? Its an impossibility.
Mining stopped at Bald Hill more than six months ago. That lower grade stockpile of free money (circa 2,000 Oz Per/Q) over the last six months is just about dry. This means underground needs to deliver more = More headings/ More development = More capital.
The stock is telling you the Reality - There may be announcements as you suggest, but the company has an operating mine that is going to struggle going forward - simple.
