I'm well aware of what the front pg of the qtly says, but it also says..."(due to be drilled prior to the end of sub-phase 2b in November 2012.)"
See first dot point under Service Contract 63 on pg 5 of 14.

As stated before, sub-phase 2b ends on the 24 November...it is the date the well has to be completed by (not started by) or forfeiture of the SC back to the DOE can occur...it's at least a 21 day well, so how fine do you want to cut it? Not aware that any extensions have been applied for yet, or at least they haven't told us if they have.

I'm pretty sure that if they've moved the drilling date from Q3 to Q4 since that preso on 31 January (ie, in the last 3 mths), they would've told us...or at least they bloody well should've!...would you be happy if they haven't, or would you take it as just par for the course with these guys?
