Worth a watch after a CR later in the year I suspect.
The 100m unquoted shares make the MC maths a bit more confusing, performance shares and even options look right out of reach so looking at 135 FPO currently.
A $3m raise at 6c would leave 185m FPO say $4m cash, $11m MC, $7m EV and maybe starting to see some operational cashflow.
Until then, need proof that people actually want to buy these things.
