If I were Ganfeng, just making an offer for LLL shares, then expanding to the stage 3, enjoying low cost lithium material supply to meet their 600ktpa long term ambition plan by 2030. Another Chinese company Huayou acquired PSC (87% on a much small lithium deposit) for $507m in Zimbabwe. Today's LLL market cap is $730m with $70m cash and $77m in JV account.
