Doesn't seem great to me. Standard at best? My reading was the very tight supply chain stretching back to manufacture of steel is having an impact.
It's going to flow through to costs as there seem to be a hell of a lot of workers on sight...and their productivity probably not great.
Anyways should get there somewhere near forecast in terms of cost and time, but I don't think they're ahead of schedule by any means - that would be "great".
