Junta and similar regimes, do not care about Western International laws. They also don't care about their own laws as they can change them in an instant to suit their narratives.
The best thing that management here can do to extract Leo out of Mali as it will never be a win situation. Great resource, just not for Western ownership. Let AVZ be a real lesson for holders here. Don't sit and wait for the imminent collapse take action now. AIMO.
