I highly doubt Simon has much say in what investors get updated with these days. The Chinese play a long hard game and will take their time with the mali government and update investorswhen they see fit. It is interesting that Leo sold the extra 5% to GF when they could have been paid by a malian company to acquire 5% or even given the malian government their 10% and then sold them an additional 10%. Time will tell who has the best hand of cards here. My guess is GF.
