Thanks Jonathan 111 for the web site a great read .
UNV is progressing really well with heaps of projects, I also read the last couple of years quarterly reports from 2016 on wards and the company has got a good direction and making all the ducks line up, and if we can maintain a 2 cents annual dividend the share price will grow back to fair value as per the morningstar report this morning of 36 cents and maybe the 62 cents consensus valuation.
