They have made statements about NBC based on AASB10. AASB10 is related to Consolidated Financial Statements, I'm pretty certain that they report the entire SA business that is controlled at 100% revenue, 100% cost in the P&L, with adjustments at the bottom (profit attributable to shareholders) where they recognise the interests of the local partners in SA.
I think you are trying to do maths that you don't need to do.
