i would imagine the ATO putting a very tight noose around TER considering they paid out $244 million in dividends in 2023 and a further $24 million in Sep 23 and couldn't plan to put $40 million aside for their income tax.
I can only laugh at the excuses from management and the board as to why they couldn't pay the ATO when they asked for reasons they should allow a payment plan.
