I think they will declare a little before the AGM (payment date early Dec) so the chairman can talk about declaring the dividend in his address..
Also, based on their 2022 final dividend, they went 1 week after declaration to go ex date and 2 more weeks to pay. that would take them to 19 Dec. I am not sure if the share registry would like them paying a dividend the week before Christmas as they may have a lot of staff on holidays.
