There will be brighter minds than me here BUT - I am confused.
Suggesting this company will pay circa 10c div per quarter just seems completely out of control. That's 40c p.a. on a share price of circa $1.00 - 40% yield. If the SP goes to $2 (glory be!) that's still 20% yield.
I can't see that happening and whilst I would LOVE it I bel;ieve that would be irresponsible management of the company's 'windfall' financial resources.
I will be happy (very happy) to be proven wrong over the next 12 months because divs like that will fire up the SP too so me and others here will get the double dip.

How come there isn't conversation here about a take-over. WHC, NHC, YAL, SMR are flush and are all saying strong for longer on pricing.
