In their 6th April announcement, they state that the purchase of Churchie is EPS accretive from Day one. That they are entitled to all of the revenue (cash flow) from Day one. And that there will be no capital raising nor bank debt required to complete the Churchie transaction.
This is all prior to the 25-50% increase in the gas rate announced just last week from the Taylor wells.
In view of the above I see little risk of a capital raising/dilution scenario in the short term at least.
