The MD has a pretty dubious record in most cos he has been involved with - MCO voluntary admin, AYR - listed at 20c now less than 1c - his disclosure in running that was also horrenduous and now this.
The interesting thing is he always seems to be the only person making any money from any of the stocks he is involved with by taking an exceptional salary!
