Thanks for your post. I appreciate your view as one of the most knowledgeable posters on gold stocks. One question, when you presume AISC A$1200 in your 2018 valuation, what leads you to that assumption? AISC this quarter for SAR is $1127 with $11M of pre-stripping included. I would presume they will outdo this in future quarters. Do you have a reason to be more conservative? Does your model for other stocks build in the same level of conservatism?
