    To keep the shorters (pest) away, IMO the GXY board should consider delivering dividend from mid 2019 (announce to the market its intention now)
    After all a $.10 divi will only cost around $40 m, petty cash from the $150 m profit from MC and at the same time proceed with the POSCO deal and strategic partners option for SDV ASAP.
