in summary: A & C class shares perf threshold is 2.7m EBITDA in CY18
B & D class threshold is 10m EBITDA in CY19
Whilst I wouldn't say they are currently on track to meet the requirements of the first leg of performance shares I think mgmt is highly incentivised to ramp up sales in the 2nd half of this year
