How much money is S32 losing producing aluminium at Hillside and Mozal?
The price received for the past quarter is under the production cost.
S32 still hasn't got the guts to close TEMCO smelter in Tasmania, not a good look during Covid-19.
Putting Metalloys in South Africa on care and maintenance was a wise move, they can't sell it as nobody wants it, to close it permanently will result in backlash from the SA Government.
The fact is it will never re-open.
