Given that UBS have over the past few months been significant shareholders of GXY - for the purpose of shorting, how else would you expect them to react? The words with the most integrity in their statements are those at the bottom "...investors should be aware that the firm may have a conflict of interest that could affect the objectivity of their report."
Is it true that UBS stands for Unscrupulous Bombastic Schemers!
