He can listen to the audio recording of the conference call .. but he will probably not.
It is stuck in his head that GXY "missed" a shipment. ( Missed as in ... GXY planned to but did not make it ), when clearly that was not the case. It was actually the customer who said "I am not ready to receive them, please delay the shipment to the next quarter" etc ..
Also, it was explained in the call that, even if the customer delays the shipment of production made in Q2 to be shipped in Q3 .. customer pays price based on Q1-Q2.
e.g. The contact basically says "Customer wants X tonnes on Q1-Q2. They pay $Y, regardless if it was shipped on Q1-Q2 or later in Q3-Q4".
