Who knows. Anything is a possibility. All I recall from last year was that more of his tweets were pro-Ganfeng .. public knowledge so no dispute in that as they were his tweets.

I can't shake the feeling that, in the December quarterly, there was mention of "technical expertise" from FMC, Rockwood, etc ... Wasn't JL ex-FMC and ex-Rockwood ? So is it possible that he was the technical expertise on board ?? Who are other publicly known "Lithium" figures that the masses would know of that are ex-FMC and ex-Rockwood ?

We will never know the answer unless one of the parties reveal who it is / who they are.
