Not an expert of any minerals, as an investor looking at the numbers, this is what I see. The YOP has just been commissioned. The cost to produce in march $415/t. With machineries, it starts slow, the bugs are ironed out before increasing to max. Over the course of this year, as production increase, the cost will fall further. Cost in production is not as important as net profit. The profit pays the bills. Much better than a miner with lower cost and debt interest with no net profit. Galaxy has a positive net profit. No debt and surplus cash. Maybe someone is upset because Posco (Korea) got the northern tenements and now can't get SDV. JB is not important to the north American auto industry either. Sure. The world should just kneel and buy everything fron China... NO.
