URFPA and URF are paying 6.25% interest and nil dividends respectively.
URFHC are paying 7.75%.
Paying down their most expensive debt first I guess. Both interest and a gradual capital return. An announcement is expected over the next fortnight with another capital rreturn and interest payment for URFHC, payanle end of June. Suits me fine as I'm holding URFHC and desperate for cash. Not desperate enough to sell below face value though. URFHC are relatively lower risk to as I beleive they sit above URF....
I must say 7.75% is very expensive debt, even when they were issued and definately nowadays.
