I don't have a problem with posters pointing out what could be seen as negatives. Much more useful than a thread full of cheerleaders. Been in one of those and everyone ended up badly burnt by a dodgy management that were excellent at spin. I have more confidence in this management though as they seem to be progressing their project instead of producing glossy presentations.
