Well I just learnt a new word "iterative" thanks to Ains. I first thought it was a typo.
Just looked it up on Wikipedia ... "Iteration is the act of repeating a process, either to generate an unbounded sequence of outcomes, or with the aim of approaching a desired goal, target or result. Each repetition of the process is also called an "iteration", and the results of one iteration are used as the starting point for the next iteration."
That pretty well describes it. So if that's how the ERR Work Place Variation is handled, then "progressing positively" is good feedback & CC comments says it is well progressed.
