Currently not holding ( did hold previously for the divvies) but now feel best to wait for the ASIC court action to be concluded before considering whether to get back in and assuming the current coal price holds or improves. Some may even be selling their shares currently with the same thought in mind. I recall from last time I checked on the status the court case was scheduled to commence Feb 24, but if this has changed or I am wrong then please give us an update. Also I recall reading that affidavits had to be submitted by Feb, but now ( my fault) can't find the link to this when I do a search. Again can anyone confirm the timing
