Too many people are stressing about these class actions

I don't think it will be a big impost on OZL's bank balance.

We still dont know exactly how these losses are going to be calculated but the premise of the case is 'what was the fair price of OZL's shares at the time of the said non disclosures, false statements.If the true financial position was known would you have purchased the shares at that price.

The true price of the shares was not zero so don't go thinking that your losses will be calculated at that price.

I think they will decide that at a certain date/price losses will be calculated from there.

At 5000 Slater and Gordon members and considerably less for the IMF members( as the relevent dates of share purchases is a lot smaller)the average payout maybe in the range of $10,000 to $15000- some a lot more some a lot less.

So at $100 mill say-

Then the cross action against KPMG (auditors) if successful will lessen this amount considerably.

The final amount will be small change to OZL's present bank balance - between 1.5 and 2 billion.

Many are ignoring the prospect that insurance will cover any final amount.

Again Asf sleep easy we are not going to go broke.
