Can I politely ask, how and who came up with this?? that CNOOC will commence to reimbursement this $98 mil. Btw this cannot be treated as 'receivables' that will not be a proper accounting as you suggested.
Horizon's is simply going to get increased share of production by way of cost recovery under provisions of the petroleum act.
