Being cynical, I do wonder if the ongoing sales right around BV is a case of cherry picking and URF holding back the crappier assets from sale.
They are talking up the US summer sales pipeline. After that’s done, would you take a haircut to say 45c after tax and call it a day/move on?
I figure an “orderly” disposal program could support a better result, but who knows how long that will take, and the final disposal will probably be a mass sale to someone else at a discount anyway?
