I implore you to act in all stakeholders best interest and preserve what is left of this company.

Please immediately take the following actions:

1. Put Simberi and Atlantic into care and maintenance or sell them both for whatever they can be sold for.

2. Sell all financial assets that non-cash

3. Sell all royalty assets

4. Return remaining cash to shareholders

Your incompetent has destroyed what was once a successful company. It is appalling that you use this shell to fund your lifestyles at the detriment of shareholders

We have had enough. Please act in our best interests and return what is left back to us.
