The fact is this energy crisis started a couple of years ago now, and unfortunately we missed that boat [due primarily to poor ongoing performance of the Orbost gas plant]. However I now feel that another ship is about to sail for COE, with a new Captain at the Helm, so my fingers are crossed again .
