As usual with SBM there is information buried in the release pertaining to the true state of affairs, but hardly anyone ever reads the full report. The net cash available for actual financing activities is a lot less than $214M.

So there is restricted cash of A$47M for rehab costs at Atlantic, plus they might be on the hook for another $A43M by the sounds of it.
