    Agree, might be worth making the suggestion to the IR team

    After following this one for a while I've recently started a position here. From what I can see, we are now ~ 75% through the current URFPA b/b, and bit over 50% through the URF one. It looks like they will finish the URFPA one before the potential conversion date and I'm hopeful that they renew the b/b on URF as well.

    Sounds like they are closer to finalizing the externalization of mgmt as well. Feels like the endgame here is selling off as much on an one-by-one basis as they can, and then selling off the remainder as a portfolio at a reasonable NAV discount (dunno, maybe 25% disc?). Hopefully this can generate a reasonable return for any remaining holders over the next 12-18 months or so
