That means they will reassess the situation and give the company a good shake down of what is unnecessary and what to get rid of and then make plans on how to restructure with the money they have. (they won’t sit with the cash at bank not planning things).I assume they are under lots of pressure from shareholders since they have been burning shareholders money at a loss. unfortunately, market will take advantage of the shareholders bitterness/(emotional decisions) and will accumulate as much share as possible for the near future upsides when the news come. Just my logical observation.
