The spike in coal came late in the last quarter, so the results will be reflected in this quarter, Aluminum up and with the big jump in Iron ore, Manganese will be up. It is forecast for this to continue into 2017.
I don't think we will crack the $1 billion dollar mark in the bank this quarter but we may just be shy of it. With the share price dropping 21 cents in one day last week it has certainly made it up this week, and I think the continued strength of the company with no debt, and the money stock pile getting bigger each month,
2017 looks the be a very good year for south32.
