Unfortunately , I don't reckon your scenario would bring much ' Premium ' to GXY shareholders.
I would be more interested in what sort of TO defense GXY would mount - and perhaps even from right here in Australia. Now that would be something to participate in. The 640 million dollar question would be - which player will join the party to pay this or even close to this amount.......
