Interesting to note the confidence Zircon has to continue works on the ground, in the absence of a decision in the litigation - that speaks volumes about what they believe the outcome will be.

That is their legal position and belief, and they are entitled to it - of course the judge's decision could cut right through that and turn their beliefs upside down...
