Hey Sellier, agree, if the POG in USD stays close to $1200, and once BJ and the team are able to complete the refinancing of the debt facilities (as below, being undertaken now), PGI should be looking at creating some significant cash for such a small company (although your numbers look a little too high, as the current Hedging PGI has covers approx 60% of the next next 10 months of production, so while the POG increase I think the more important factor is that it strengthens PGIs negotiating position, plus it surely must boost their confidence in getting their first Chinese plant built.
I guess with no sellers, the only people holding PGI now are the true die hards, myself included.
