I generally agree. I don't recall the refurb. costs for BS. If I awaken, bolt upright, at 2 am (as I am prone to do) with the answer I'll post it immediately! (lol)
However, I don't think Kidman has been unduly generous to us. As a prospective landlord, we should be paid rent when the tenant has occupancy, regardless of what they're doing on site. The lead times for Kidman's on-site production/tweaking, etc... are not our problem - in much the same way that an unemployed tenant who might be unable to afford the rent cannot expect the landlady to care. Because we all know that she'll simply say "...That don't befront me, Long as I get my money next Friday" (how's that for a tortuous segue?)
Seriously, though, why would we give Kidman an extended rent-free period? It's not like the market for the particular asset we have, which they want/need, is awash with supply. We know it and they know it.
