The Q1 2011 report just released projects a 30% lower production of rare earths than previously estimated. Table 4 of the report forecasts a YHREE rate at 425 tpa and LREE at 1415 tpa in the 400,000 tpa base-case scenario. I'm no geologist or number-cruncher, but is this a worry, the 30% lower projected output?

Is that why the share price has taken a hit today?
