It is simply nonsense for UNV to have been saddled with A$3 million in corporate transaction fees and totally down to Carlo Baravalle of AMED wanting to show his US backers what a great dealmaker he is. Unfortunately he has proved once again that he is not and he must let the real management get on with their job and not be distracted by these timewasters. Let a bidder come at 40c plus and put down A$2 million as a "table" fee for starters.
