I don't mean to speak on behalf of Arkacia as I don't know him/her. What I gauge from the post is Chinese gusto. We all know if the Chinese want something done, they do it, and do it very quickly. Therefore, cxy may not have to wait as long as people think to be up and running in asia. Heaven help their neighbours if the Chinese are unwilling to forgive the atrocities of Nanking.
