the surface rights is key. and is always expensive unfortunately.
i read report again and the free cash (even with shipment delays) was positive (small but still positive) and the company is really cashed up, weathering a difficult market and doing what it said it would with two big shareholders ready to slug it out.
all equity side of capex is funded (banks to do rest) and i cant think of many companies in that position?
10c looking like an anomaly.
