I can't explain why some sources would indicate that they are behind 90k on rent (I am not questioning these sources). fas' s wording in the quarterly is a little ambiguous if they have actually paid the rent or not (to me anyway).
Either they are getting cash trickling in to keep them a float (at least for the moment) or they have written in black and white a lie.

Happy for my thoughts to be torn to shreds?? Thoughts?
