I reckon you’re both right.
This stock surprises me that given all the delays and it being clear that it won’t hit any forecasted revenue numbers (albeit not forecasted by SFI) that the SP is still holding, so given this and clear progress into Eagleview’s business I’m more bullish than ever on SFI.
However, IMO short term SP will be driven by usual commercial achievements being revenue/profit/market share etc but only up to a point, because at 12cents (and $20m revenue streams), Eagleview will be able to exercise all its options and own 20%. At this point Eagleview will want a TO in place before any further SP increase can occur. Perhaps a slight premium is paid but difficult to negotiate when they are the sole bidder?
Have I got this right because it quite difficult to understand all the ramifications of sleeping with your best buddy.
