The guess the question is, was $20Mil for NEA re-occurring revenue from subscriptions? As the $12Mil listed for SFI in 2017 and Q1 2018 is largely related to the purchase of its camera systems by Eagleview, perhaps the market is not ready to re-rate this stock. Once re-occurring revenue from local subscriptions and Eagleview royalties start to flow it will be a different story though.
